Hunting-Tons

This week I saw a few film by one of my favorite animators Bill Plympton in Huntington. He new films were pretty amazing- especially The Fan and the Flower.



I also heard Kelly McMasters read excerpts from her new book about the local town of Shirley, NY.

New York to Norman Rockwell

I've been out traveling lately and going into the city quite a bit. Here are a few of my latest photos- Colin Meloy of the Decemberists was pretty entertaining in Brooklyn, I bumped into a silent rave in Union Square, and the rest are from my trip through the Berkshires. I made pit stops at the Norman Rockwell museum, Cooperstown to see the baseball hall of fame, and to Wookstock. I'll be putting up a new travel story on my website about it this week.
