With some flowers in my digitally animated hair

I'm in San Francisco this week at Adobe's summer retreat for Education Leaders and it's been pretty awesome so far. It's always interesting sharing notes with other artists and professionals, especially in such a nice setting. Oh and Flash, wow, yeah, very excited about the developments coming in Flash now.

Dirty Water

I just returned from a week long trip to Boston. The city has changed a bit from what I remember when I went to school there in the nineties but it was fun to be back. I was working with Adobe on their Youth Voices program and I met a bunch of terrific artists and educators. There were a few visitors from London in the group and one of them actually went swimming in the Charles river. She survived and lives to tell about it.

Illustration Friday: Paradise (with some demons)

I'm a high school teacher and school ends in 6 days so I'm about to embark on a summer vacation filled with traveling to different cities. I work with Adobe so I get to be an artist all summer. Paradise! (You can see some of the end of the school year demons involved in this work as well)
