Daniel Pink on motivation


If you haven't heard of Daniel Pink you need to check out his book A Whole New Mind, he really helps define and address some of the major issues that are plaguing business and education for the 21st Century. These ideas certainly have application everywhere- first and foremost for me is my classroom!

Typography discussion


When I was graduating SVA my first (and at the time only) goal was to secure a job and try to get published in Raygun magazine. I never had the chance because the magazine ended its run shortly afterwards but here's a great talk David Carson, the former art director of Raygun, gave at TED about typography.
